  • What are Private Sessions?

    Private sessions are personalized experiences for all bodies, all level experiences, and all walks of life. They help provide space to learn at your own pace and hone in on what you want to specifically focus on. Whether it be beginning or refining your physical practice, recovering from or preventing injury, or finding aid in your self-care.

    I am here to SUPPORT you exactly where you are in your personal journey and guide you in a safe, approachable, and motivational setting.

    Focus may include:

    • Safe modifications for your body

    • Foundations of yoga

    • Strength & mobility

    • Tools for stress management and relaxation

    • Guided meditation

    • Pranayama or breathing practices

    • Prenatal/Postnatal support

    • Restorative yoga

    • Building up to specific peak poses (asanas)

    Choose between single or multiple sessions. Recommended once or twice a week. With or without a yoga buddy or a gift for someone else! For the most personalized experience, contact me to customize your experience!
